MENUS

One of the hardest parts of my job is designing a menu full of deliciously described decadent dishes, especially first thing in the morning after skipping breakfast. These are the times when you'll gladly eat a dodgy fortune cookie, or those evil Harry Potter jellybeans that just might taste like something that should not be named. Luckily, most people in the food and beverage industry are wonderfully generous, so there's a chance they'll show up with lunch.
